MinGW32 Download
I recently uninstalled the Code::Blocks IDE & decided to go back to writing my programs in notepad & compiling from the command line or using Makefiles.
I had difficulty getting the MinGW installer to download the relevant files, so I had a look on the MinGW mailing list & found this post where someone else was having problems.
The OP was told he should download the TDM/MinGW installer from here. I did that & it downloaded & installed perfectly first time.
